Your receptionist is friendly knowledgeable and made me feel welcome I would hire her at my company.My massage therapist is the best I’ve ever had at your facility she is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives a great massage

I appreciated the steps that Hand and Stone Riverstone took to protect my health and the health of others. From the easy to complete online prescreening form, to the temperature check, I felt safe.

Not enough time spent on my problem area (back & shoulders); too much time on other areas. Not enough pressure on back knots.

I received an email promoting a reduced price for additional service of choice. I was told it was not available at the time I was there. I would think that Hand and Stone would be happy to honor promotions sent to loyal members. The way I was treated left me cold.

I chose to upgrade my massage with the Himalayan stones to add more natural minerals to my body but the stones were a little too abrasive for my skin. Hopefully next time this will be resolved because I really believe in the natural healing stones and benefits of Himalayan

I think there is always room for improvement especially about the over all experience. You can add on more refreshments options and some extra time if some time is taken while counseling.

The music kept clicking on and off,

The rooms need to be insulated. You can hear everything in the other rooms and hall. It’s highly distracting and takes away from the experience. The staff and service was amazing. The facilities however need some work.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The services and pricing was explained very well.
