Hand and Stone

We were in the couples room and the speaker for the music was cracking and it was very annoying, please get the speaker fixed in the couples room.

While I enjoyed the massage on my upper back, neck, arms and shoulders, the work on my lower/lumbar area made me tense up due to being in the prone position which subsequently made my lower back quite achy for a couple of hours after I left. I also expected the add-on service (peppermint scalp massage) to be more thorough and a little bit longer. Since it was an “add-on” service, I was expecting it to be additional time spent outside of the deep tissue massage. I guess I should have clarified beforehand.

Everything went great but I wish facial was little longer

I have yet to see them same massage therapist that I have had previously. Not sure f there is a big turnover in therapists or not but hopefully I will find the right one soon.

You are charging premium prices for your massages ($109 for 50 min). As such, your therapists should be top notch, the best of the best. I get a lot of massages, and this massage was very average. I don't feel that the value is there for the prices you are charging.

Prices are very high for all the services plus they say something different and don’t keep up with what they say

I have had many massages in many places and countries. My experiences here are very good but not exceptional. Many places offer foot soak and hot stones at no additional charge. My shoulder was sore but needs medical attention. I did not expect the massage to alleviate the pain and told the massage therapist as much. Heat may have helped but not sure.

I desired to also book a message but nothing was available. It would have been nice to have received. Shoulder/neck massage during my facial.

It was a good overall experience but just seemed to go by really quickly. Didn’t see any noticeable changes at all but overall it was good.

I felt the therapist told too much personal information and used some strong language. He was friendly and good at massage.
