Hand and Stone

The rooms speakers are still popping and do not provide a tranquil environment to help relax.

The music was too loud with STATIC The last time I was there, I was told that she could not turn down the music so she turned it off in our room. I could still hear it from the next room which made it perfect.

The esthetician was difficult to understand and she used too much pressure point massage instead of relaxation.

The service was great as usual. The massage therapist although very professional was not very friendly. She seemed very tense which made me feel tense. There was no warm and welcoming feeling. A smile goes a long way.

It was okay. It was a good first experience at Habd and Stone. Next time I will add “detox” to get a deeper clean in my pores.
