I explained my specific problem areas to my therapist and she focused on those very well, relieving pain and showing me stretches I can do at home.

I have carpal tunnel and the relief I got out of it was incredible. I haven’t had nearly as much pain in my arm or wrist since the massage. It also provided some much needed escapism and mental relief from complicated mental illness. My therapist was super sweet, knowledgable, and made me feel comfortable and secure.

Needed to relax and the massage therapist did exactly that. Had some areas that were needing attending to and the therapist took care of it. My cold stone facial was much needed due to the horrible heat outside.
