Enjoy the calm atmosphere of the waiting area. All the staff are very friendly and courteous. I love that they offer the warm neck wraps and water even though I would prefer that the water be cold instead of room temperature. I feel at ease with my massage therapist, Laura and think she always gives me a great massage.

Knowledgable of the skincare products I was using (not from the spa) + good and considerate conversationalist!
