I really enjoyed the knowledge and wonderful customer service. I did not feel rushed and look forward to accomplishing my goals with regards to my skin.

From booking the appointment to receiving treatment everything was great. Millie was amazing and listened to my reasons of getting a massage.

The booking process was really easy. I was able to book and receive a massage the same day. The massage itself was very relaxing and soothing. I would definitely return as scheduling permits.

I went in super stress from this past weeks events and left feeling so much better. The knots I had were gone and the tension that was causing me pain, gone. I had been holding out on getting the membership but now I realized I was an idiot for that and it’s the best money I have ever spent. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Every massage I have received from H&S has left me feeling much better. They have relieved muscle soreness or muscle aches I was having. I left feeling more relaxed.

Ashton always listens to my concerns and works to address any issues I'm having. He also does a great job on educating about things to do at home to help relieve the issues.

Beautiful reception area and rooms and very nice personnel. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and I will be back soon for another.
