I hadn't booked a facial in many years, and at my age thought they were more fluff than substance, but I'd had a hard couple months so did it as a treat. [Accidentally found the place once when turning the car around ! and stopped in, did not book right away]. First impressions, very clean and friendly staff. My facial person, Jessica, was a good match for me and gave professional answers to my questions. Plus, the best facial and shoulder/neck massage ever ! I had basic facial and added CBD oil massage. I was deeply relaxed. Long story short, I signed up to be a member afterward and bought a product, and scheduled next service. It was clear there would be benefits to coming on a regular basis - which I did not have in mind when I went in. It will take a while to see results on my face, but my experience and level of relaxation was 10 out of 10! 5 starts to Jessica

I was in a lot of pain in my shoulder and knee I needed assistance. I called an got an appointment in the same day which is awesome! Laura (my specialist) did an amazing job and I feel so much better!

The esthetician kept good notes from my previous visit on ingredients that irritate my skin. She listened to my concerns and offered a variety of solutions. She is also very friendly and makes me feel at ease and that I'm being well taken care of.

Jessica is a very knowledgeable and friendly aesthetician. She always makes me feel comfortable because of her professionalism and overall demeanor. She addresses my concerns before and after my facials which is very considerate, and I feel like my skin has improved so much over the last few months thanks to her. She is gentle enough and never makes me feel rushed.

The knowledge of the gentleman giving me a massage was impressive. I love going there because of him. The quality of the massage is the best I have had. I leave there feeling so much better. One very big negative is that your survey is way to long. People have better things to do with their time.

My esthetician, Jessica, tailored my facial to my skin’s specific needs. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. My skin felt so good after my facial!

The front desk staff was very helpful and the massage therapist did an amazing job.
