The staff were extremely helpful. The whole spa was very clean. The desk staff guided me with everything that was billed to my card.

I love the Cinco Ranch location. Both therapists I have had are amazing. Beyond 5 stars. Assess my needs ver4y well and make sure I am happy. Very nice people.

For the most part I like hand in stone. What I don’t like is there is an up charge for everything. If an item is needed , such as hot stones to help with the success of the massage in removing knots , for example , it should be employed.

I received an excellent massage service. There's not much more to it than that. It was effective. The only reason I am "not very likely" to return or to recommend hand and stone is that I think the business model of requiring memberships is outdated and impractical. There's no membership when you go to a physical therapist or a primary care doctor. Why should there be for this health care service? Also the massage therapist should get a greater share of the cost of the service. They do the work. Not the corporation. Thanks.

the therapist was able to identify that I have issues with my right hand; I was very impressed.

i went to get a massage for relaxation. i was really pleased with the expertise of the therapist. She made me feel very comfortable and fully relaxed. i left there feeling that i got my Money's worth. i wish i had been able to give more gratuity. hope to do so next time.
