There was an ease with the initial booking. I confirmed my appointment earlier the day of my booking and because of circumstances I created, I realized I wouldn’t be able to mean my appointment on time. I called as soon as I recognized this and was able to reschedule my appointment later in the day with the same therapist. I was so appreciative of the staff’s willingness to work with me.

Everyone has always been very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance of the waiting area and massage rooms are great. I always feel immediately relaxed just going into the waiting room.
