I appreciated the friendliness of the staff when booking my appointment, since this was the first time for me to get a massage at Hand and Spa. The receptionist answered all of my questions by phone and was very professional and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean which is very important to me. Ashton, my massage therapist, was very professional and knowledgeable when giving my 80 minute Swedish massage. I told him my problem areas, and he was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I usually book my massages with a female due to a not so good experience with a male massage therapist at another spa. So this turned out to be a wonderful experience for me. I will book another massage when I am in the area again, and I will definitely recommend Hand and Spa of Katy.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The massage therapist was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I was the most relaxed by the time the appointment was over!

The facial was amazing and the esthetician made suggestions when I asked rather than pushing products along the way. This made the facial an amazing experience as I was able to enjoy and followed by product information. Additionally Brittany was very sweet and made the overall experience a joy.

Just found out that I am five week pregnant, with that being said the staff was very knowledgeable and made me aware that I would be starting my prenatal massages. My first prenatal massage was wonderful and Jenna did amazing! I highly recommend this spa to anyone who lives in the Katy area.

Danelis is a fabulous massage therapist. I leave feeling relaxed and renewed after every massage. She is the reason I reinstated my membership.

Danelis was fantastic! I literally felt like jelly when she was done! I was very relaxed. She used just the right amount of pressure. The room was just the right temperature and very clean. The music was at just the right volume. The whole experience was great.
