Hand and Stone

I had to try to schedule four appointments for three different people over two days, and I was amazed with how well the receptionists answered questions and helped to fit in all of my needs. Everyone on site was so welcoming and wonderful. The people I brought in both had amazing massages (I had a great massage and an amazing facial) and we were all so impressed with the masseuses and aestheticians and receptionists.

Massage therapist had the perfect pressure. She applied more pressure when was asked. The area was clean and professional. I left feeling relaxed.

I had problems creating a profile and registering Crazy website. Tried it about 5 times. I called and Maddison helped me. She was patient a.d kind. Great at

I loved the ambiance and smell of the place. The products that my therapist used smelled and felt great! I was very appreciative that the receptionist knew what I could and couldn’t have as a pregnant person.

The receptionist was really friendly and energetic. My massage with Ashton was amazing. Having knowledge in massage therapy, I knew Ashton was very educated in the art of a massage. I didn’t think anyone could top my favorite therapist, Danielis but both are absolutely terrific!

All of the personal was very nice and welcoming. They made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. They made my comfort a priority and I liked that very much.

Denalis has amazing hands and the massage was fabulous! My facial person was also great, very knowledgeable and did great with my extractions!

Jessica, is very knowledgeable with my skin, and products needed. Not only that, but she is very easy to talk to and is sensitive towards me as a person. I relax more with a facial than with a message. She is kind, and did everything my face needed.

Everyone at Hand and Stone Katy is friendly and helpful. My therapist Gena is the absolute best. I look forward to every appointment and love that she gives me homework and follows up with me. Thank you Gena!
