I love this place. The primary reason for my highly satisfied rating is simply my massage therapist, Esalena. I absolutely love her! She's great at what she does, she listens and helps me with my problem areas (neck, low back), and she doesn't talk during my session other than to ask pointed, relevant questions. This past time, she helped me significantly with my lower back pain. I will continue to book massages because of her.

My safety was well thought out. The massage therapist was excellent. My appointment wa right on time.

Therapist was excellent and targeted all the areas asked. Only area for improvement was the sound proofing of the walls between rooms - an older gentleman was in the room adjacent to mine and he was quite loud.

As always I have loved my time at Hand and Stone Katy. I am very happy that they are open again. Gena is awesome!

Jenna—my massage therapist—was fantastic! She was highly knowledgeable, effective and responsive to my needs. I left the spa relived of the back pain I had come in with.

Jenna is extremely knowledgeable as a massage therapist. Each time I go see Jenna, she discusses current issues with me prior to the massage and works on those specif issue to ensure I get the best massage possible. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.

The service was really awesome. I loved the staff and it was relaxing.

Daniellas was my massage therapist. She is AMAZING. I had heard that she was good, I just didn't know she was THAT good. I have chronic tension and pain and have been in dire need of a good massage for several months. She did an excellent job of working out that tension and easing my pain. I prefer her, every time, from now on!
