Very relaxing atmosphere from reception waiting area to the therapy room. Love the bathrooms with real towels instead of paper towels. LOVED the new warm neck roll I was given while waiting for my therapist. I was so relaxed in waiting area I briefly fell asleep!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Felt welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. Told about add-ons and products, but not a hard sell so didn't feel bad about getting them.

Jenna is very efficient. She takes time to discuss the problem areas that need focus. Pressure is perfect. Massage is very relaxing.
