It was a wonderful relaxing experience from when i entered the reception area until my appointment was over. The staff was friendly and serving and had an inviting smile. The massage therapist was kind and very knowledgeable of the products and tips on stretches to reduce tension in my muscles.

The staff is so nice and professional. They always make sure you have everything you need and constantly make sure they are helping you relax. The message therapist is very friendly while giving you the message. It's a very relaxing atmosphere.

I love Hand and Stone! The ambiance is always serene and relaxing. Every staff member is professional and courteous. My husband and I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. All of our experiences have been wonderful and we look forward to every appointment. I marked "satisfied" for availability of appointments because it can be difficult to find a time to schedule a massage based on our busy lifestyle. There's not always a lot of options because Hand and Stone gets booked so quickly (because y'all are doing a great job)!
