Betsy was a wonderful massage therapist. But the massage and hot stone plus tip was $165. And you don’t have spa amenities and it’s over in 50 minutes. Way too expensive.

There was loud animated conversation going on in the next room

I booked a double service, back to back, massage and then a facial. At a different location, I was provided a robe and slippers and when my massage was done, I didn’t have to put back on all of my clothes, I simply put the robe on, grabbed my stuff and was escorted to the facial room. This location didn’t offer that. Had to undress, dress, and then undress/dress again. Had to go out into the brightly lit waiting area after my massage and then brought back. I also can’t afford $80/month plus a $25 tip. Makes the massage over $100… or closer to $1000/year. Not sure if I can sustain that.

Would like to have shoulder head and neck massage with facial next time. Was told person who did my facial didn’t have time this time.

There was a problem with the use of a gift card

Staff at reception just OK. Seems inexperienced and not too customer friendly. My first time in after receiving a membeship as a gift; did not explain anything…

Room was not relaxing. I could hear the room next to us talking the whole time. Hard to relax when you can hear every word of people chatting. The hard sell for products and membership and facial procedures was very off putting. Would stop me from recommending. Also felt like the extraction was not the best. Only spent 3 mins and I knew I had more problem areas she didn’t touch

I just wish you had more massage therapist like Laura. I’ve had massages from other people there but she is the best and my major reason for coming back!

Just met expectations. Nothing above and beyond.

The receptionists who booked my appointment told me something completely different regarding cost than what I actually got at desk during check in. It was a different policy/service than every other time I have been. I still do not know what the solution was…
