Hand and Stone

The hallway music is a bit loud, even if I turn off the room’s music. The iPad to sign documents isn’t sanitized in-between customer use.

It was a wonderful experience. Smooth process in and out. It was my first time and I wasn’t sure about everything. The massage was great. The head pillow thing was a bit uncomfy, and the sheets weren’t entirely soft but overall great experience for the price.

I had also paid for the November buy one get one and was charged extra for my massage when it was supposed to be covered 100%.

The lady seemed rushed. The massage was not fluid. Seemed to jump from one place to another. Overall good massage

The massage therapist did a great job. However, I felt she rushed the process.

Staff was fine. Carpet was dirty

I do feel the cost is prohibitive. I also don't like the difference between the member vs. guest cost. I currently cannot afford a membership, but would enjoy coming in from time to time if the guest cost was closer to the member cost.

I'm not sure why it says I wasn't satisfied. I was very satisfied and would recommend your business to many people. Great time and very relaxing experience!

My massage and services were great. My massage room was quiet and relaxing. The neighboring room contained a guest and therapist that talked and laughed most of the time very loudly. The serenity of the massage was lost due to the constant background chatter. Suggest to increase sound suppression in rooms and/or remind guests and therapists to have low voices as to not disturb others.
