Thought my appointment included a facial but only neveskin. Also thought after my consultation my actual appointment was next but had to book another appointment for later that day. When I came back they could not find my appointment.

Often, the massage therapists are rushed on getting people in and out which can impact the quality of the massage. Also, if your appointment is at opening, you never get a warm neck wrap.
