I do not like that it is advertised as a 1 hour massage but the massage therapist is quick to tell you it’s only 50 minutes once you are already in the room.

Did not explain to me the actual things that come with the membership and when asked if I would be charged extra they said no but I did have to pay extra.

Massage therapist or receptionist should have recommended an upgrade (I seen a sign about a deal but no one offered). That was a big downfall since I enjoy upgraded my services.

I feel like the massage therapist did not do a very thorough job. She did spend more time on my back which I asked but did not do a good job on rest of massage. Also she seemed to jump from place to place. Massaged my legs,arms feet for a matter of seconds.

Receptionist didn’t seem to know what they were doing for check in. I was told add on was 50% off but it actually wasn’t when I went to pay. No sorry or anything and they didn’t ask me if I wanted to book next appointment

My pains doesn't reduce or go away as I would like to

check out took a while - they asked me for my personal credit card; when i made appointment i said it was a gift card that i wanted to redeem for facial. i was expecting someone to go over the membership options and no one did; great facial though....

Since I arrived I felt that everyone was hurrying me, didn't felt the relax ambiance that you are looking for when you are taking a massage , my massage started after 10:00 am and ended before 10:55 am . Even the Massage was good didn't feel the relax ambiance after either

I couldn’t make my next month’s appointment and was told to call back. In the past they would take the information and add to the schedule.
