First time visitor- check in was awesome and the receptionist staff were super nice. The part that I found lacking was the waiting room because it’s part of the same room as reception so you could hear the conversations the receptionists were having and their conversations with guests arriving/leaving. While the waiting area was nice and inviting, it was hard to start finding my zen with the ambient noise. That was the part that was most different than other spas I’ve been to and left something to be desired. Again, it has nothing to do with the staff themselves and everything to do with how the space was designed.

The therapist was good and covered all areas I needed to be worked on. But I didn’t feel relaxed during the session. She kept stopping after each area and it felt choppy. She was a little “rough” with her strokes and it didn’t help me relax. The pressure she applied was fine. It just kind of felt as if she wanted to be done asap.

I just felt my entire session was rushed. I get there a limited time but I couldn't really enjoy it since it felt rushed. He just seemed to speed through it so it was ok.

Both my husband and I walked out with oil all over our bodies. We didn't sit once we arrived home, we went straight to the shower to wash off the excess oil. No warm damp towel was used to clean off the excess during the massage. Aside from that, John was great at focusing on my trouble area.

The massage was fine but after leaving I noticed that the areas I had pain in weren’t fully recovered. I still have a knot in my neck and I told her about it.

There were some billing issues in the past when I was overcharged for a facial. The manager called me to clear it up and make it right. The front desk staff was a bit unprofessional at times (chatting in the back room while customers were in line waiting, and only came out once I finally said something to them). I have had an overall very good experience, just not perfect.
