Hand and Stone

I completed the survey ahead of my appointment and asked the masseuse to wear a mask during my appointment. A mask wasn’t worn.

I am a member, but not able to visit on a monthly basis. It's not necessary the store's problem.

I was VERY satisfied with my experience. My only complaint is that the time includes dressing, discussing issues, massage and dressing again so when it starts late that's taking away more of my paid time.

I wanted to change my massage to hot stone and my therapist said I could no longer do that because she had a session right after mine.

Staff was extremely welcoming.

I overall have had a positive experience. The ambiance is great, everyone is very friendly. I just have felt like my massages the last two times were cut short. It started at 4:10, maybe 4:09, and then it was done at 4:54.

The facial itself was great. My only comment would be that it seemed like there was a lot of "gap time" throughout the hour. I've had several facials throughout my life to compare to and this one felt a little watered down. Overall, I was satisfied for the price.

The therapist that I loved and used for almost a year left. I tried a new one and she was okay, but now she left, too. The last one I had was okay….worked on my problem areas and they feel somewhat better, but otherwise it kinda felt like she was just rubbing me with a rock (1 1/2 hr Himalayan Salt massage). The price increase is a bit steep for a membership…the prices without the membership are outrageous. The only thing keeping me is that I enjoy getting massages. I will give it another shot with a new person. Hoping I get someone great.

The room is just clean a nice fresh scent throughout the facility would nice and goes along way to enhance the ambiance.
