Pressure wasn’t that great, she didn’t ask, lighting a little too bright. Massage was just ok. My husband probably would have done a better job.

Everything went well, but the therapist seemed to rush everything. It was almost like she was wanting to get it done quickly. The massage was really only about 40 minutes instead of an hour.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and responded to my feedback about pressure and areas. The only negative that the experience felt very mechanical. Going through the motions. Like the fast food massage experience rather than a spa experience. Felt the same way at previous hand and stone massages at other locations, but this therapist seemed more knowledgeable.

I was satisfied with my experience at hand and stone. I have some itchy-ness, redness, and roughness of my skin on my face the next day after my facial which I’m sure is normal, however I usually don’t have any discomfort after facials so I am just moisturizing for the moment and going to see!

Appointment started late & ended too early.

I was satisfied with my massage during this time. I gifted my sister a massage as well in which she was pleased as well.

It is a bit expensive despite having a membership. I also don’t think with the price for a full hour, changing or the therapist getting ready should be included.

I didn't feel like I got the value for my buck. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly too! However it's super overpriced.

I loved my facial. I was not impressed with my massage. I have had better.

I have had other massage memberships at other places. In fact the only reason I’m not there not is because I put the membership on hold and ended up with a gift certificate for Hand & Stone. This facility is definitely more aesthetically appealing, however it feels like the availability is low - hardly meeting my time preference and this is booking a month in advance. My other membership was less expensive and seemed to offer more so it makes me wonder if I’m getting the most benefit for my money. The front staff are very nice, however I don’t think are as knowledgeable as they could be. I had one incident where the therapist was late and no one bothered to tell me! I finally had to ask. I am a busy mom and my time is limited and precious.
