My massage did not start at 12 pm like scheduled. And my massage was less than 60 minutes and ended at 12:50 pm.

Overall very satisfied with entire service and process. I always believe there should scope for improvement. Being 100% means we cap end our desire for innovation. I follow the same in my life. If someone says i’m perfect then i doubt if the feedback were genuine .

I was offered the aromatherapy as it was my birthday. When I checked out I was actually charged for the extra. I didn't realize this until after I left and checked the receipt in my email.

I was asked if I wanted aroma and I thought it would be diffused; but instead it was put up to my nose several times. I will not do that again.

Ashton very professional and great on what he does.

I could hear other noises and people talking through the walls during my appointment.

Brittany was amazing. She was able to recommend products to start seeing results to my skin concerns.

I liked everything!

As a member, I am still paying very high prices for any upgrades to my treatments, so in total, I’m paying what I would pay at any other spa or more and not enjoying the ambiance that other spas offer.

I felt it would be nice if you have more services available in the classic facial because most of the add ONS are expensive
