Hand and Stone

My one hour message did not go one hour. It was about 50 minutes from start to finish. Wish I could hav gone for 60 minutes for the $129 paid for the hot stone.

Hand and stone is an amazing place, extremely clean and so friendly stuff. Answer all my concerns helps me with picking skincare products i use on everyday basis. Service is exceptional!

I waited until 9 am to enter the building since that's when they open. Locked door. Because of forms massage therapist cut my massage short.

There seems to be some miscommunication with filling out forms sometimes, the computers seem to always “act” up often, this visit was better than my past visits but consistency would be nice

I like my room darker rather than lighter. The pressure was extremely hard. There were times I was grinding my teeth. I didn’t want to say anything though. He was very nice and majority of the massage was great!

They were unable to use a gift card that we had from Pennsylvania.

I was highly satisfied with my visit.

Appointment availability

I think the place was awesome and the massage was great. I did not like wearing my mask the whole time. That is a me problem. At some points while laying on my stomach I felt like I was suffocating because the mask had tightened on my face. However, the massage was amazing and I'd do it again.

During my massage session there were people in a room next mine that were talking loudly during most of my massage. That distracted me from fully relaxing. I suggest making sure that some in a massage session is not next to a room with other things going on that will require talking as voices carried thru the walls. My session would have been spot on otherwise.
