Still in a little bit of pain.

I felt like my therapist applied the amount of pressure that I requested however, there were other times during the massage that I felt like she wasn't as gentle as I wanted .

Appointment availability

The therapist was rushed and did not explain that the foot treatment would shorten the overall massage.

The massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. But even after two requests to use more pressure (plus telling her before the massage what I expected), it still wasn’t what I needed

The facility never has the next month's schedule done and I have to wait for them to call me that they were able meet my scheduling needs.

The therapist did not come to get me for my appointment until 5 minutes after it was supposed to begin and then it ended 5-10 minutes before the hour was up. I did not feel that I received the full one-hour massage represented in the informational materials.

The scent in the lobby was a little overpowering, but it was clean and I appreciated that they had ever other chair turned to promote social distancing. My massage therapist took note of all of my needs and told me what she would work on. She was polite but not super warm and inviting. I am not 100% positive but I thought my therapist might have checked her phone at one point during the massage and I thought that was odd and unprofessional. I couldn’t see which is the only reason I can’t for sure say. Upon checkout my account had been duplicated at some point and it was showing 2 profiles. This didn’t have anything to do with the front desk staff who was very kind and polite. I am just disappointed that I’ve struggled with my account over the years and when I log in online it was not always synced with my account in person. When you have reward points, are being drafted monthly you want to be able to see your account and it be accurate. I have only been to this location of hand and stone a few times but I like this location and the front desk staff. Hoping to find a massage therapist I feel comfortable with and look forward to seeing monthly like at the last location.

My neck area was the biggest concern and I didn’t feel much relief afterwards. He started out with too much pressure and then there was not much pressure at all. Not sure if he was just concerned about the pressure being too hard all the time but it went to both extremes.

First time and I enjoyed everything from the massage to the enhancement to the knowledge of the staff.
