I was very satisfied.

The extraction during facial was painful and caused redness on my face. The massage was good but the guy breathe really heavy and talked a lot which broke relaxation for me. Never of the providers were bad though. They both were friendly and helpful.

Membership is in Cincinnati, OH and I love on TX. Was told it won’t transfer and to cancel, then resign up in TX as my home location. Manager in Cinci still has not called me back (5days now) and the staff answering the phone couldn’t tell me when the manager would be in or help me with anything else to even get it canceled. Very upset as Cincinnati Hand and Stone.

I felt like I missed out on a lot in my massage. My spouse got a stretch, full body massage and a hot towel after each massaged part. I was waiting for my arms and hands to be massaged and that never happened. I also would have liked more time on my feet but it was very brief. Then she did not touch my hands at all.

There were about four gals in the reception area when we arrived and they didn’t acknowledge us for a few minutes until they were done with whatever they were discussing amongst each other.

Jessica my estitician did a great job. One of the best facials I've ever had. :)

I was not given what I ordered. I was not told when I made the appointment that I had to choose an introductory massage.

I had 5 packages available in my membership account, could not use any of them towards my massage appointment, and was informed that computer systems were recently updated causing them not to see my available packages.

Although the therapist was good, she did not give me any feedback regarding my massage. I the past, the therapist would always tell me what areas were tense if any and what I should do to relive stress in those areas. She didn’t even ask me how I felt afterwards.
