I was quite satisfied, therapist did a fantastic job with my prenatal massage. There was a problem with the card reader at check out. I was not able to use my birthday coupon and had to use an older credit card on file.

The location struggles to have a schedule for the next month ready. Seem to have to be called weeks later to actually confirm appointment. Would like to see more attention give in this area so customers are able to schedule for the next month.

Your new computer system caused a bit of confusion with my available packages. Also, I live in Louisiana and there are no locations within close proximity.

I just wanted the receptionist to tell me she would correct my name and it seemed like she didn't care or it didn't matter. I thought I had a package and didn't so I had to pay for my massage. She didn't care or offer a solution for that.

I feel the quality was not what i would have liked during treatment and the overall result.

The upgrade that I choose with Himalaya stones I think was very expensive since I a member.

The only problem was the massage was not an hour which I had scheduled . My appt was at 12 and I had paid by 1:00! I felt a little slighted in the area. The massage was good otherwise

I did not enjoy my massage. I was very excited to go to your facility and it was very nice and clean. My massage wasn’t the full hour long and I did not feel relaxed or that it helped with any of my body aches. I feel like The masseuse may be new or less experienced because the massage was very basic and soft. Plus less talking would be nice. I was not satisfied.

I was very satisfied. It was my first facial, so I have nothing to compare it to. Not sure if something better is out there, but I really liked my treatment and will most likely be back.

Appointment time was not communicated well and waited 30 min. Facial therapist got sick and left which I understood but no back up or other solution to make things better.
