Hand and Stone

I think the overall experience was good. But I have liked to have an appt again prior to leaving and couldn't do that.

Overall very satisfied. Waiting area felt a little too much like a retail store . Was not offered any sort of refreshment on arrival; however reception did make a point to show me where restrooms were found.

The price of the massage was more than I was expecting. The music the massage rooms only had two settings, extremely loud and too low.

It was just the long forms I had to fill out. It could have been emailed. I got there on time, but the forms took some of my time up!

The massage should be 1 hour, nit 50 minutes?

I was pretty satisfied. It seemed like maybe there were some new techniques that focus more on stretching. I think I'd rather not have that much stretching incorporated and just stick with the massage.

Overall facial was great and my skin felt good after. She just never turned on the light to even look deeper at my skin or extracted everything. One of the mask she used also set in my face for what felt like 10 mins so I felt like that was time lost. She did a great job explaining what she did though and I would go back to her again just felt like it was missing a few things that happen during all the other facials I’ve gotten.

The facility never has the next month’s schedule available to make your appointment. You always have to call later. This is not what you expect with a membership. You aren’t made to feel as a long standing member more of a walk in customer.

did not really get the full body massage (no hands or arms were massaged) However, I did receive massage focused in the area I wanted. But, would have liked the hands/arms massaged for a little bit as well.

I would have liked some spa music in my room #2.
