The whole experience was very satisfying

Was an amazing experience I loved it a lot. Jada was very knowledgeable on skin she helped me tremendously on my issue and what my skin schedule should be. I didnt do highly satisfied because I wasnt blown away.

Liked massage less than facial. Highly satisfied with facial.

I was very satisfied with my experience. No problems at all!

My appointment was for 11 AM I arrived early and waited in the lobby until 1115 and my massage didn’t start until 1123 and it was over by 12 o’clock I paid for a one hour massage and the massage therapist focused on my upper back and did not give any attention to my lower back after I told her that was my problem area also she did not request feedback on the pressure

I came in very sore from my workouts which could be the problem but the massage was extremely painful.

The facility was a nice place and it was a good experience.

It was fine.

We are going out of town and will suspend membership for 3 months Many times we have been short changed on the time for the massage

When I first called, I was put on hold and no one ever picked up again. I called back and scheduled. When I arrived, the receptionist was on a personal phone call and had a fast food bag out on the table . She seemed unsure of herself. She was sweet , but slow and seemed overwhelmed even though I was literally the only customer. She disappeared forever and I honestly almost walked out. Jada was great though. I’ll give it another chance
