I think it was taken care of. I constantly would prefer a man and deep to moderate massage therapy

I need more exfoliating. I felt like they were just putting products on my face and washing them off......not really working with my skin. Plus there was a major issue trying to check out.

Noise of the adjacent room. I could hear the therapist and guest in the adjacent room as they entered. Would have liked the room to have a better sound barrier to not interrupt the relaxing ambience in my massage room

Everyone was friendly and the massage was just fine. No complaints and I tipped well. I have just had better, deeper massages, so it doesn’t warrant HIGHLY satisfied. I will come back.

Was on hold 5 mins when booking appointment. Was told online booking not available yet since new location. At checkout, I was told my monthly dues had not been taken out (5 days past draft date) so I was charged for my service again.

All three of the ladies I had the pleasure meeting are amazing and knowledgeable. I look forward to going back every month just have to decide which one to gets at massage or Facial. First world problems!

There was too much noise from someone talking next door. I can hear the conversation the entire time throughout the massage.
