The safety clip I purchased had fallen off my charm bracelet within 1 day of me purchasing it, so I was worried it would fall again. Gillian assisted and asked the manager if I could exchange it and the manager said no, which was strange because it had not even been a week since I purchased the clip. Gillian went out of her way and was able to let me exchange it. Gillian was very sweet and helpful!
