The customer service was great and the sales person was very knowledgeable.

Dara S, our salesperson, was very informative and helped to satisfy my granddaughter and not only find the bracelet she wanted to replace her old one but helped her to put all her old charms on her new bracelet and she was very happy with the order she helped her to put them in.

The salesperson was very nice. Very willing to help and very patient. She offered us different choices. We did not feel forced to purchase anything. I have a bracelet full of charms and will be starting another one soon
