The sales person (Ashley) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was friendly and kept a smile on her face. I loved the different charms available just need more affordable selections in gold.

When I walked in they greeted me with a warm HELLO! Liz asked me was there anything specific I was looking for and it hold her yes and she went straight to it. Lastly, it was a personal experience and I was very SPOILED!!!

Had to exchange 2 damaged items, the Salesperson (who was the Mgr) explained ehy our items were damaged and provided great suggestions for replacements! Absolutely no hassle.
