Today was my second visit to the Pandora store in Cedar Hill, Texas, and my experience was AMAZING! The store was clean, and Liz was accommodating! There was a defect in my bracelet, and Liz assisted with my concerns. I walked out with two additional clips for my bracelet, which I love. Thank you, Liz, for all your help today!

Pandora should do what's necessary to protect its workers by requiring all to wear a mask. All your associates had on a mask. I had on a mask. Some entered the store with NO mask, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If your workers are wearing a mask it means they want to be protected. Protect them and your customers during this health crisis and require a mask.

My Pandora visit today was excellent as always, staff was very friendly and understanding. Latoya was a big help showing me different charm trays and explaining deals to me and my mother.
