I walked into the store and there was no wait. Latoya was cleaning the display area and immediately greeted me and asked how she could assist me. I told her what I wanted and she knew exactly which charm I was referring to. After my disappointment that the charm looked better online in person Latoya made a suggestion of the Open work purple charm as an alternate. The charm was adorable and I opted to purchase it in lieu of my original selection. Latoya understood my desire for a purple charm and made an excellent suggestion. She also had on the earrings I was thinking of purchasing and I opted to purchase those as well. She showed me how to open the jewelry and arrange the charms.

Liz was extremely helpful and helped us pick the perfect charms for my sister's bday

Jasmin was very sweet and observed my favorite color as soon as I walked in. She made me feel like if she known me forever. I was so shocked but very happy that she was able to assist me in adding more charms to my bracelet. I would definitely go back to this location.
