The time of day and the day of the week made my experience satisfying. I was in the store close to a holiday and it was super busy. I left feedback that looked like it was already being implemented when I returned to the store a few days later. Setting up a line outside the store to allow customers that were being serviced, space and ease of shopping. On the date that I came to the store, my motherin law and myself were the only 2 shoppers. I liked that Liz was able to service us and check us our simultaneously. Liz was very knowledgeable and helpful with our choices. We were purchasing mothers day charms with our gift cards and also shopping for a starter bracelet for my niece. I always like to receive a discount so the survey discounts are very helpful!
