Liz was excellent. I went in to get my bracelet cleaned. The process was quick and easy, it hasn't been cleaned in 2 years. Liz explain the process and I even got a new charm. My girlfriend sent me a rose gold charm, most of my charms were silver, so I got another to balance out the colors.

I am Highly Satisfied with Pandora because I love the selection of charms. I am addicted to them I have one full bracelet full of charms and now I currently started on my second bracelet which is my travel bracelet.
