I was upset with the Pandora purchase I made online. It was so botched up with things I did not order. This Location was courtesy and worked with me until a solution was found. Melanie and Liz were so great. They were patient and figured the whole mess out. I left satisfied. Although I did purchase more items I will return next week for another purchase. I have always loved Pandora charms & bracelets. The variety of products are unbelievable. The store is very light and bright so that you can see the merchandise. It pays to visit the store rather than browsing online. The experience is pronominal.
