When we walked in the store they was a little busy, but not too busy to acknowledge everyone in the store. Crystal was very professional. She did not rush us as we looked at different charms, rings and bracelet. At one point I became very emotional and had to walk around to keep from crying. Not because anything Crystal done, but because I started to think about my daughter who I haven't seen in over 16 years. The gifts I was buying is for my daughter for her graduation. THANK YOU CRYSTAL FOR THE GREAT SERVICE....

Evertime I visit this store it is always a sales associate welcoming me. Asking how they may help. I love the fact that they know me as valued customer, due to me visiting so frequently. So they know what to expect from me and know how to assist me.
