the person that help me was knowledgeable on the product on hand but if i ask about any promos or other ideas for gifts this person was not to confident on the what Pandora had to offer. My wife loves what I got for her so mission complete!

There was a large selection of merchandise available. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean.

My Bestfriend and I went into Pandora and Halie was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We were a little indecisive on what we wanted to purchase but she took it all in stride with a beautiful smile on her face!!! She assisted us and recommended beautiful pieces. In the end we both purchased a bracelet with 2 charms each. We also received a free bangle!!! The best part for me..... I was approved for a $3k credit card so be ready to see me every 2-3 weeks!!!! Our ENTIRE experience was great!!!

I went in looking for a mother’s day/birthday gift for my mother and Alexis was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient and walked me throughout the entire process. Told me about the great deal they had going on and helped me get the perfect gift for my mother.
