The staff was very attentive and courteous. They were knowledgeable of the available products. My gift was nicely wrapped in the store...all on Christmas eve!

The store was crowded and not enough staff! They didn't know which customer was next in line. NO ORGANIZATION!

Online said you had the item I wanted, get to the store wait in line can’t find the item. The associate checked the system and saw the same thing but the rings wasn’t on stock. This is the 3x visit where this same thing happened.

The wait was over 30 mins to get into the store

Need more choices. Rose gold is very limited. Didn't see anything for cancer of fathers or birthstone colors or even zodiac symbols. Please add more

I was satisfied. I dont live in the area. I was shopping for someone else.
