This visit was fine, but my visit before this one (within the same week) was for a broken bracelet. No one could really explain to me how my bracelet broke and stated they had never seen one broken bedore. There should be some sort of returning guest discount on bracelets when yours breaks. I kept the bracelet in case you want to reach out to me to see it’s issues. Any help you can offer with this situation would be greatly appreciated. I purchased a new bracelet at full price, which just didn’t seem right to me as I’ve been a loyal customer for years and did nothing to cause my bracelet to break. Thanks in advance. Pandora new diamond collection was not at this store.

Went to the North Park location and they told me my order wasn’t in the system then the lady said she wasn’t able to exchange my item. Went to the Cedar Hill location and everyone was so lovely and helpful! Will definitely be going back to the Cedar Hill one. Won’t be going back to North Park as the lady also made us feel unwelcome.

All the charms should be displayed and not under a cabinet.

it’s slow

I stood for like 30 minutes before someone asked me was I interested in something. I came for a few charms so I was browsing... however someone could have asked me if I needed help with something or at least acknowledge my presence. When I did finally get assistance D'ana was very nice friendly and helpful
