There were not enough choices of gold charms. There were not enough choices of charms of color that were not Disney or star Wars charms.

The sales associate receives a 5 star rating- she was perfect! (D’Ara) Unfortunately, I saw my emails after reaching the store that 2 of my items were cancelled because they were not in stock. When I arrived, she stated she did not have an order come through their system so we had to check my phone. I was disappointed that I was told I could pick up items in the store when in all actuality, the items were out of stock. I was able to get another charm that stated was out of stock in the store. My issue is the communication of inventory and completing orders online. Sometimes I do not have time to spend in the store so making the purchase online and picking up in store works best for me. I just need better communication with inventory system updates and accuracy to what is actually in store- I did not look back at my emails after I placed my order because, it was confirmed. I need true confirmation within my purchase. Thank you for listening.

The store is to small and not enough associates working.. This store need to be enlarge and more helpful workers..

The associates were very helpful even though it was a long line waiting to get in. Had many options of pendants to choose from, and associates gave their view on what would look nice with the piece that I was purchasing.

The store was extremely busy, and the wait time was a little longer then I like, but the staff was very nice .

Highly satisfied would be explaining all the different charm meanings. I was explained only what charms I asked about. I’m still satisfied with what I purchased and the service.

I came for a specific charm from the Spring collection. Unfortunately it was sold out. The sales associate suggested an alternative which was pretty but for a spring charm to already be sold out is pretty disappointing.
