The salesladies were great. Your associates wore a mask. I and many others wore a mask. SEVERAL came in your store with NO MASK and it became very uncomfortable as the store is pretty small. Pandora needs to protect their workers! If I enter your home and you have on a mask...then surely out of respect for you I will put one on too. Pandora stores is your home. Make it a requirement to enter your store and protect your workers and other customers, even when some don't see the health hazard we are in.

Because the space is so small, there were too many people standing around waiting on their turn. I believe a line should have been formed outside to allow a certain amount of people in the store at a time. The associates did well with putting people on a list to service them in the order they arrived. However, on a lovely day they could have formed a line outdoors. I also noticed there were a lot of people picking up their orders and were waiting for shoppers to complete their experience. It may be best to dedicate each associate that finishes a patron to call on any pick up orders to expedite everyone's experience.

It’s the weekend before Mother’s Day and there were only 2 sales associates; that’s unacceptable. Otherwise satisfied.
