Well there is not many options of gold charms to select from based off the need i was looking for. It was sad to know that my specific locket was discontinued after I started having issues with it. I wouldn't mind a bit more variety in the gold charms.

Some of the items online said they would be available in this store location but they were not.

Highly satisfied is what I call extremely content. I was satisfied which mean I was contented, and my needs was met. I wasn't overjoyed but neither was I complaining. The services provided by Melanie was great!!

I was check outside. When I got home I was looking at my murano's one of them was cracked so I called to the store and they were very friendly and order me a new one. But in all it have a great employees. I should of check too.

I didn't understand why I got two emails at the same time, one that my order was cancelled and one that it's the last day to pick it up. Then later in the day I got an email saying my order was being held for additional time.

The sales associate was interested in what I wanted/ needed. She had patience with me and made me feel comfortable while I shopped.

Ease of moving in the store. Knowledge of staff. Easy to find what we were looking for.

The sales person was very friendly and courteous. She solved my problem immediately. She never showed any frustrating during our visit

Promise of new stock arriving but never did, your North Park store isn’t friendly toward customers. I’m still waiting on a 2020 graduation charm
