I spent a little over $250 that day and over$400 within a month. I asked my associate if I could have a $5 unclasp clip for free and was told that she couldn't. Also, it was a hassle looking at charms for my bracelet, especially since I didn't have a clue to what I actually wanted. That made the sales associate have to guess which case to bring out of the cabinet to view.

I wasn’t highly satisfied only because the site makes it hard to judge the size you need...the bracelet I ordered was a 23 and I had to exchange in store for a 20 so I was way off. But that may have just been me. Everything else was great & i’ll def. be filling this baby up with charms :)

I was aware of the promotion they were having it you had a purchase of $125 or more you would receive a true uniqueness bangle. The associate rang me up and my purchase was 178.61 and I mentioned the promotion but she was clueless and continued to wrap my purchase and I was about to leave the store when a charm caught my attention so I browsed a bit more. Then the associate talked to the manager while she was at the register and she then goes "oh ma'am we have the free bangle promotion I wasn't aware." She then proceeds to get me my free bangle. The point of my dissatisfaction is that if I was someone else that would have walked away and left immediately and she didn't realize her mistake I would have been technically robbed of a promotion whose criteria I fit. So if the associates were more aware of promotions and sales that would be great.

The salesperson wasn't friendly at all. She did not try to help me find anything nice for mothers day so I going back on Saturday to talk to the rep I was looking for Daria
