One associate wasn’t very knowledgeable and she was the associate assisting me. Service wasn’t very efficient. I live in cedar hill, Tx but I won’t visit that store again.

I purchased three charms, so no problems with that. However we wore them out of the store and weren't given ANY of our boxes, bags or tags and that just is something I've never experienced with Pandora. Even ordering online the packaging is part of the experience. Thanks!

The item selected was on sale for 50%off and displayed for $55. The sales representatives did not state that the price they got out of the catalog was $90. They should have honored the price displayed.

So I wanted in line for about 30min because it was only 4 people working. The 1st item I was looking for y’all did not have. Once I went to use my Apple Pay which I have used before at pandora it did not go through which put me at a big inconvenience.

I received a call saying I placed an order and that the merchandise was in stock. Drove to the store only to be told that the item was not in stock although it said there were 7 of the items. This is the second time I have been told the item was there only to get there and they say it's not. They need to do better with managing the inventory. The associated that helped me was very helpful in finding an alternative.

I was one of two customers in the store. There were three workers at the time. I asked for 3 Pandora brackets to be cleaned as I shopped. The store was not busy at the time. I waited 45 minutes to complete my purchase and my bracelets were not cleaned. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours to get them cleaned after I had already been in the store an hour. I returned my purchase and left.

The customer service was horrible. Staff were unfriendly and they weren’t inviting.
