I hated that I reserved a room for 8 nights and I was told I paid for 8 nights but I came home on the 7th night to find my room locked up because I didn't pay for another night so I was very upset with the "system" they had there

The only thing that went wrong was that the elevator went out and I was on the 3rd floor.
