Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Esthetician was professional and knowledgeable. Her technique was great. The spa was clean and inviting.

The staff here are always very friendly and professional. I was extremely tense when I came in for this massage, but I actually relaxed enough to fall asleep at one point. I also felt the release of tension for days.

Felt very comfortable. Ambiance was reflective of the experience. Did not feel forced to purchase anything. But was explained my massaging therapist best products for me to use for my skin

Chelsea is always courteous and efficient. Mindful of the temperature of the room and the pressure I am comfortable with. The Ladies at the front desk are consistently friendly and personable. What a great addition to Upland and the massage community that is so different from Massage Envy and Green Spa. I do understand they need to adhere to strick timelines however if they don't have anyone directly after I am grateful that I don't feel rushed or that I get my complete 60 minutes of relaxation.

THE LOCATION IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND PEACEFUL. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS KIND. THE SERVICES ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL.

The receptionist was very personable. The therapist was on point with my needs. The service I recieved was as I expected.

The only I encountered was with the website booking my appointment for a Last Minute deal. It errored out and the time slot disappeared so I thought I booked it. When I came in the system showed the slot was taken, but not by me. Receptionist team was quick and friendly in resolving the system error. My massage with James and the himalayan hot stone was wonderful! Loved his techniques and the himalayan salt did wonders for my skin! It was amazing! Would definitely want to rebook with James.
