The receptionist at Chino Hills greeted me with a big smile and made me feel like VIP The receptionist at Upland made me feel like a favor was done to me because of the price difference from the Chino Hills facility. Upland is 69.99 Chino Hills 59.99. I felt a warmer welcome at Chino Hills😊😊

Please use bio degradable water cup instead of styrofoam cup. Reorganize the product display to make the store inviting and relaxing

I have a very odd work schedule (similar to a firefighter schedule) with inconsistent days off. Only being able to book an appointment on a few days really limits my ability to get in for a service. It is highly annoying that I have to speak to a person...only on days you're open... to book an appointment. I know it's a system problem, but fix the system! It should work to your favor, not push customers away.
