Hand and Stone

My appointment was for a chemical peel; but when I got there I was told that this service isn’t for a first time guest. I wish they would have told me that when I made the original appointment. So I had a facial.

It was only yesterday. The lady I had did great. It will take some time for my skin to show results, but it was extremely soft!

I didn’t know that the things she was doing was gonna be an additional charge. When adding on to service she should make known that it will be a additional charge. I thought i was getting a classic facial with extractions and massage but it was just prouducts on face. She was very nice i just wish i would have known.

Though the therapist and esthetician I had were still good, the ones I normally use are no longer there and I liked them more. Also, I have sensitive skin and in the past they simply used products with that in mind for my facial, but when I booked my appointment online I couldn't indicate that and when I came in and mentioned it I was instead charged $20 for an upgrade (and wasn't told until after my facial at the time of payment).

I thought the massage was a one hour massage and it ended up being 50 minutes. I felt the price was high for a 50 minute hot stone massage. The oils used could be of a higher quality. Also, wished the room had a nice aromatherapy scent for a more soothing experience.

It was a good appointment. However, I’ve had better.

I am dissatisfied that you have to become a member to get the discount price . That is the reason why I quit going to massage envy for facials . The products were high I did purchase one for $65

The massage I had was wonderful. Christina took the time to find out the areas I wanted her to focus most on. She was very professional and made my experence very enjoyable. The facial I had done was so relaxing my skin felt so good afterward. Shelly made sure I knew how the products worked with my skin and which products would inhance the overall appearance of my skin.
