From the moment I walked in, I felt an instant relief to finally be getting a well-deserved facial after many years. The space and staff are very inviting and I felt comfortable throughout my entire experience.

Abigail was lovely and took great care of my skin. We was very personable and made me feel comfortable. The girl at the front (i'm sorry I forgot her name but I was at the Northbrook IL location on 7/18) was so sweet and welcoming. Great first experience!

As a repeat customer, I appreciate the reception I receive when I arrive; the staff knows me. I book one particular massage therapist because I believe it is important they know my body and its changes. I am pleased I can continue to book appointments with this massage therapist and do so before I leave. I typically book several appointments in advance and appreciate H&S can accommodate my needs. I think the massage therapist I use is very good and am glad they work at H&S. All these points add up to a highly satisfied experience.
