My massage therapist was phenomenal! She listened to my descriptions of my trouble areas and asked specific questions to better understand. She went above and beyond to ensure that my massage was personalized and relaxing.

The appointment reminders are helpful and it's easy to make an appointment. The therapist is typically on time and friendly. They listen to my feedback if I need more/less pressure, etc

Check in for my appointment was very efficient and the wait time minimal. The facility is clean and well maintained. My therapist, Kasia is the best. She focuses on my stress points with the right amount of pressure.

Gina was very good. It was very relaxing and my skin looks great. I also appreciated NOT being pushed to upsell my service or to buy product (although I did buy something I needed) I realize this may not be helpful when it comes to revenue, but I’ve experienced such pushiness at a different H&S location that I actually get anxiety every time I go for a service there. This was a big reason why I chose to try a different location this time. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
